Nope! I actually tried to get them, but they said it’s discontinued and sent me details of the 3rd gen.

And sadly that too is discontinued. After long talk with the wizard himself I decided not to get it as they didn’t have any dealers in the Middle East.

Universals or the customs? I have sensitive ears too, main Eran I wanted a warm non fatiguing signature. K10ua was a lovely thing but for me it was a bit harsh, but not the 13fp .

True! I might give it a try when it arrives. But for now I got the jh13v2. didn't see a big difference between the 13 and 16v2 to be honest. Infact I felt 13v2's detail retention was better than the 16v2. Really happy with what I ordered and super excited to get them. Shame what happened with...

Just woke up. Going there now, so far I have tried Jh13 and UE 11, when I get there I can try jh 16 and ue18 v2.

Tomorrow I'll be meeting my dealer and I'm looking at JH13 or jh16 now. I still haven't decided :triportsad:

I'm this close to getting the Gen 3, actually in 12 hours I'll be auditioning the v2 and placing an order for Gen 3. Please can you tell me the main differences? Or when your review will be up?

That’s actually comforting to hear. I get headaches easily when I wear something that’s not right to my ears. And my dealer says even after the sale UE has really good customer care. Oh and look at these, what do you guys think about this faceplate?

Wow this is getting more and more confusing, but in a good way! So my dealer has the ue18v2 demo, I’ll try to demo that before I get the ciem. But there is no option to get the v2 now so I’m stuck with v3.

My main reason to choose them was the warm smooth signature, but with everyone saying the new Live is sibalent and the fact that v3 uses the same drivers as the live makes me wonder. Hopefully they are still smooth and non fatiguing for long useage

Yeah that makes sense, I’m sensitive to highs and bright signatures. And it’s a $1500 investment without any resale value. So I’ll try to get my dealer to arrange the universal demo if possible. Thank you for your input!

Thank you for your quick reply, this is my first Ciem so any input is highly appreciated. Dose the Ciem have more bass comepared to the universals due to the proper fit? UE or in genaral.

Hi guys! Seriously considering the ue18+, I’m going to get them new and only option is the v3. Though I don’t consider my self to be a bass head, I do like some bass. Currently I have the ue11 demo with me and if anyone can comment on the bass of the UE18 that would help alot
