Can anyone point to directions or a "how to" for using this app? I had it working the other day (I thought) using a bluetooth connection between my iPhone and the AK 240, but now it seems to only work when both are on a wireless network. I am probably making some silly mistake...or else they...

Try using a golf divot repair tool like this: Slide it under the tip and lift. Worked brilliantly on my Shure SE846. Depending on your model results may vary!
