Yes you need to have power on if you use Toslink

Hi All my name is Tom and I'm a old hibernated audiophile, who has started from the beginning, when I moved to Thailand 10 years ago,  but today is my requirement modest compared :-)   But always good to keep me up dated, what happens on the field of HiFi.

I have mine for two weeks now and just LOVE the sound it give my Sennheiser HD598 I only use USB power, I try but don't hear any difference in the sound quality on my HD598. I use it together with a S.M.S.L SA-S3 T-Amp, and ProAc_Response 1SC Speakers Talk about Micro Stereo with a BIG sound...

Nr one for listening and Mastering Sennheiser HD598 ( Really good) true Audinst HUD-MX2 DAC. Nr Two I use for Recording only Sennheiser Momentum (Over ear, and leave all  background noise outside) Nr Three AKG 540 just for listening in different set, when Mastering + ProAc  HiFi Speakers  ...

The problem is, they DON'T ship to Thailand :-( and if they do, it cost almost same as the headphones.lol

Is it safe to bay this on ebay? I have read, that it is some fake out there, have someone get them on ebay? and how much you pay for them I have one who want 208 USD inkl shipping from China
