I’m not much of a cable believer, but I have those and think they are very well made and very flexible

Build quality on my AP80 is excellent. It seems some have had wobbly volume wheels, and others (most?) have had no problems

I use the pure copper version of that cable with it01 ( waiting for DM6) and they sound great. Thirty bucks on Amazon

I have an R3 - love it, but it does not do Spotify (was “in the works”)and I am very tempted by this

Thank you so much for your time and interest. I have it plugged in. I have not been able to get line-out OR usb working on either AP80 or R 3. R6 works on both

I had tried all of that before except turning off the DAC. unfortunately that didn’t work either. Sigh

Looking for some help...I’m trying to drive a Schiit stack (Modi And Vali) either lineout or usb and can’t get either to work. Same setup (sane cables same headphones) work fine with Hiby R6. Has anyone made AP80 work as source and any speculation about what I’m doing wrong? ( I’ve tried all 3...

Push the right pointing double arrow and it almost instantly traverses the scale and builds a list is stations. The list acts like presets, you just touch one and the radio goes to that station

I was blown away with how fast and how well radio found about 12 to 15 stations and signal clear and static free. Clearly the radio is a YMMV issue

As I said, no golden ears, but after half an hour seems clearer(?) than R3, and CLEARLY stronger amp

Got red one with black case today. Leather case too tight, strap not long enough for my upper arms, so will be using it naked ( the DAP, not me). Drives ATH M50x very well on low gain, not QUITE loud enough with Sennheiser HD6xx on high gain. Knob not loose, no rattles. FM radio scanned quickly...

I do this all the time with my R3 to listen to Spotify from my iPhone. I listen to Spotify directly on the R 6 because I only use the R6 at home. Oh sorry I may have misunderstood your question. I do not tether, if by that you mean wired connection. I use Bluetooth
