I got to compare the Argon with the Cowhide. It increased bass somewhat, but I did not notice any different in soundstage. Also, comfort was better with the Lambskins, so I would stick with them.

I'll give impressions once I recieve them. Turned out I'll get them somewhat later than expected. I'll have them in about a week, and I'll test them with the two different pads for a week to see what the differences are.

So the Massdrop versions are as expensive as just buying them directly from Chan? I thought the whole idea of Massdrop was reduced prices through drops. Hence "mass drop".

I don't have my Android phone connected to anything...My NFB is connected via USB to the PC (for Headphones), and RCA-Aux to the speakers. I swwitch between Variable/HP to switch between headphones and speakers.
