Have to admit I used my stock tube for 18 months....   I had the greatest of intentions of tube rolling when I got my T1 back in 2014, but it just never happened. Only replaced it because it started to act up. Having replaced it though, I realize just how bad it was.

The Mullard ECC88 gets a thumbs up from me. Far superior to the stock Russian tube.

The bass is good with the correct seal around the head, unfortunately I don't get the best seal. Pushing the cups against my head doubles the bass I get. Prob swap my 550 out for something different soonish.

Check your sounds settings to make sure each driver is outputting 50% each side. If it is, then the driver is probably damaged.    Check also any cables, settings etc just be sure. Maybe use another pair of earphones to see if it isn't an amp/dac issue.
