DAC/DAP for SE846
I tried dx50 and fiio x5 with 846. X5 first gen is really good, but still not enough for se846. You know fiio should smash all smartphones, but imo se846 deserve better source than x5.- xLord

Home Headphone set ~1000$
Hello. I'm looking for home set. I thought about some Stax set and Dac like citrone. I'm looking for used stuff of course, but I don't know home sets for this price. I like warm sound and big soundstage. I don't like sibilance. If the headphones could forgive some poor realisations that would be...- xLord

FLC Technology FLC8 and FLC8s Impressions Thread
So, FLC8 S are imo best buy in their price. They are not super comfortable for me, and their new cable is pretty poor, but their sound is amazing. I didn't found any other iem's on similar level with mids like in flc.- xLord

Shure SE535LTD-J vs SE846
I had them both at the same time and for me SE846 are outstanding. 535 are much smaller and they are more comfortable. The end. 846 are better for me in every other way. I don't understand what people hear in 535's mids. If you want iem's on that level with good mids just buy flc8 or something...- xLord

Upgrade westone 4 - probably ciem
Ok, I just heard about changes in a soundstage. Fit and isolation isn't priority. I'm from Europe so I don't know if it worth to send them to US(I can remold them for 200$, but ship and engraving are much cheaper).- xLord

Upgrade westone 4 - probably ciem
I wrote only about w4 and studio V, because I want same/very similar sound. Price? About 500-600$. I know I can remold my w4 and cost remold+w4 is about 550$, so if I can pay less for something like remolded w4 it would be nice ;).- xLord

Upgrade westone 4 - probably ciem
Hello ;). I'm happy westone 4's owner, but I think I should go into ciem. First question is about sound changes between iem and ciem. I heard many conflicting opinions and I'm a bit confused. Second thing is which ciem choose. My dap is studio V. Thanks :D- xLord
