Have emailed bob and the team about processing a refund, however they haven't responded at all despite a few emails being sent. Bought the atlas delta almost a year ago and considering they've switched it to the master I no longer want it. Has anyone been able to get a response out of them...

Second day of listening to them, had them in my phone and some ******* runs by, manages to snag the cable and rip it out and just keeps running. Posted a picture, anyone know if this will impact sound quality/ if I can take it i n anywhere to get repaired. I'm just hoping that the cable inside...

Thanks for the advice, it seems to crackle less now. I'll try cleaning it out as well just to make sure nothing is in between the connectors. The bent plug is definitely not normal though right? Second pair of earphones so it seems a bit odd.

:( left ear crackles and sometimes sound dies out when the cable rotates to a certain orientation. Also noticed that the part that plugs in into my headphone jack is bent at the tip (kind of like -/)

Never head iems with detatchable cables so kind of confused. Are they supposed to be able to swivel around while plugged in? Feels a little flimsy since mine can rotate pretty freely while plugged in.

Don't mean to repost but could somebody share their equalizer apo settings. Having a hard time having electri-q for system wide sound.

Just curious anyone use equalizer APO? If so mind sharing your settings?
