Purchased Bryston BHA-1 to drive my PS1000e. Grado themselves recommended to me and a dealer said they used it to develop the PS1000 (i presume PS1000e too). So far so very very good I no longer miss the bass on the PS1000. Now I wanna try my old pair (sold) on this amp! Doh!

I have just sold my PS1000's and bought the e's without prior audition - i'm not proud...i'm lazy). First impression on differences after reasonable burn in time on the e's:   The e's have, less mid bass but much better bass texture/detail, no 'nasties' at the top end to make you wince...
