    The denons while TECHNICALLY aren't sealed. They near enough as matters ARE sealed cans. But as a fellow owner of the AH-D2000 I will have to agree with you that they are very good for Dubstep, rock, EDM type music. OP, open cans like the Grado will be better for orchestral music, or...

    That's why I suggested the AKG K712, give them a try if you can. the comfort is much improved over the other K7xx. Also the low end has been boosted by 3dBa. Worth a listen I say.

    Take a look at the AKG K712 pro. Great headphones, much improved bass over the other K7xx from AKG. They can be had for under $400 regularly. I got mine for $330.
