Just thought i'd post this because some of you might find it funny. I was searching around the forums lookin for ways people made cables and connectors for their 580's. Mine were cutting in and out, the cable was going bad, and prior to what i'm about to tell ya, i had them in a duct tape...

I'm quite interested in this as well. My current stock cables are on the fritz right now (they're 3 years old, and if i move them a certain way, the sound cuts) I would love to know if wrapping the cable around the pins is worth it at all, as i don't have anything but the stock cable to use...
