Sorry, I meant the rubber eartip itself actually falls off the IEM, not out of my ear. And it does the same thing no matter which eartips I put on, be it the ones that came with it or any other ones I've tried.

I've had a pair of GR07 Bass Edition for a while now, and for some reason the ear tip on one of the ears always falls off very easily (it's even easier than cutting butter). I'm not sure if this is just something that happens to earphones in general, but is there any product to fix this? Also...
