I also I have them for over a year, and no problems with them

I use them most with Hugo, then with DX50 and iPhone 5, but I haven't noticed effect on overall sound signature

I use BA4  primarily with Hugo. But I haven´t noticed that  crosfeed affects the amount of treble and midrange coloration The sound signature is the same on Hugo and  DX50. Probably something goes wrong with my BA4R.
