Focal Clear headphones
Nope, I am very happy with the Dekoni, the sound is not much different, the confort is definitely fine, and for 50 bucks, I can't complain :D it's just a pity the originals are so fragile / expensive, but that's the way it is :)- SpAwNCQN

Focal Clear headphones
Just thanking the posters here, after 3 years of wear my pads were very dirty, I tried to clean them with the Sonax Alcantara thing, but it did not help much... I ended up looking for the Dekoni Ltd Stellia pads, and lucky me, some were available as B-Stock on the Dekoni site for 50 bucks, that...- SpAwNCQN

Focal Clear headphones
Hello all, It's been 2 years since I bought my Clear, and I must say it's getting a bit greasy now... What is the recommanded solution for headband en pads now? I have seen some pics on this thread with stuff around the headband, any reference you could share? Thanks!- SpAwNCQN

Klipsch High End Over Ear-your input appreciated
It's better (to my ears), but if you love your HP3 except for the sibilance, you might want to EQ it a bit first :D- SpAwNCQN

Klipsch High End Over Ear-your input appreciated
A very narrow pressure point on top of the head, instead of a balanced pressure if you want. I guess it can be enhanced with modding (like the ZMF Pilot Pad or the Dekoni Nuggets).- SpAwNCQN

Klipsch High End Over Ear-your input appreciated
Alright guys, just to share my experience, I have ordered the HP3 to compare it head to head with the Focal Clear and make a decision based on facts. And I will keep the Clear vs the HP3. The HP3 is a very good looking set, nothing new for those who own it already, but the package is...- SpAwNCQN

Sony NWZ-ZX1 - 35th Walkman Anniversary model
In fact it looks like the battery is failing when connected to wifi. There the battery drains very quickly, a matter of hours, even when not doing anything with it. When wifi is off the battery is decent, so I will not change anything yet, thanks for the feedback though !- SpAwNCQN

Klipsch High End Over Ear-your input appreciated
Hi all, I am in the same situation as our friend, torn between the Klipsch and the Clear... I want to buy a high-end headphone, and those 2 are on the final list... Right now I enjoy my music through my Sony NW-ZX1 (from 2014, still relevant...) or from my desktop with a small Fiio Dac/Amp and...- SpAwNCQN

Sony NWZ-ZX1 - 35th Walkman Anniversary model
Hello folks; I just restarted my good old ZX, and it looks like the battery is failing. It was on (100%) during the night, and this morning it's already empty. I checked the last pages and you mention ways to replace battery, but there are different references depending if it's a Japanese unit...- SpAwNCQN

ATH-W1000X mods
Not sure to understand, all pads L3000, W5000 or W3000ANV can be used on the W1000X? If so, which one is in leather? All of those?- SpAwNCQN

ATH-W1000X mods
Hi there, Brand new on the forum, I did spend a lot of time reading your posts and I have a question for you :) I am about to purchase the w1000X, and it seems they can be improved using different pads. I have seen that the L3000 are often recommended, I was wondering about the W3000ANV pads...- SpAwNCQN
