If the K545 are similar to the K550, then I would urge you to try them all first before buying them. As much as I love my K550, I don't think I would be happy with them if I listened on the go.    On the go, I'd opt for a more 'fun' sound than the whole analytical, flat, 'reference' signature...

I badly want the HD650 as kind of an end-game setup for some time to come ... And you are considering it for an intro headphone. Lucky!

  The small earcups are what put me off getting the Momentums. Totally agree with you on that.        Dude they're soooooo nice! Like the post above asks, are there any audible differences? Very nice work done I don't see any trace of work done on it at all - it's like it was designed...

That is such a bargain ... I bought it at almost full price like a year ago.   Again, do try out EQing on this earphone. It works really well. 

I'm pretty sure it's just the different photos ... there are no different colors offered ...

Thanks for sharing. I disagree about the weight and fit; they sure do have a 'pillow on my ears' effect for me. I consider them to be very, very light for the build quality offered. In fact, the first impression I had for them when I took them out of the box was how light they are compared to...

For cans like the K550, you have to test them extensively with your own song list and some time for you to digest it. For the £109 I paid for it on amazon, they are definitely very much worth it. The detail and accuracy ... it's worth losing a bit of in-ur-face bass for the clarity and the...

Does anyone know where I could get a Schiit Magni / Modi combo in HK? It's hella expensive here in the UK. 

Might I also add that you have to place the earcups (they are HUGE) correctly. Align your ear so that it's on or near the edge of the earcup; or align it yourself so that the cone points clearly towards your ear canal. You have no idea how many people don't know how to use headphones properly...

I I have no issues with them at all and I use an iPhone 5 with newest IOS version.

They are soooooo pretty I kid you not. If wouldn't mind if they were a tad bit heavier because I like things that feel substantial in my hand. But then again, that'd make it a bit more uncomfortable to wear for long durations.
