Same issues. 

Well since the 560s are open, I don't think they would be optimal for outside use, but looks wise, sure I would use them outside. 

I just received the Harman/kardon NCs and the thing that struck me most was the fact they sound so much different, with NC on and off. With NC on they sound far better than with it off, in almost every way I would say. Also the NC seems pretty good to me. 

I'd say klipsch Promedia 2.1 or perhaps the Swans M10

I have the X1s and M50x, and prefer the M50x the bass seems tighter, and the sound seems less veiled if that makes any sense. 

I don't find the X1s to be grainy either.... 

Any idea how much these will cost?

Personally I don't get the hate for the way these look, imho they look quite nice, though yes I do somewhat prefer the way the LCD-2 etc look. Hopefully they sound nice, might be in for a pair. 

They look very nice indeed are very well made, and considering I only paid 89 for them, they would be a good deal, except the sound, they frankly don't sound very good, to me at least, except for hip hop, they are ok for hiphop. The bass though isn't very tight, and sounds muddy to me. Oh well...

I have the x1s which I like quite a bit, are the X2s that much better? 

Personally it sounds like, to me, you should just stick with the m50s and sell the HE-500s. Though I would point out that if you really think there's a 30% difference between the two, that's quite a lot in my mind. 

I just bought these, but I can't decide if I like them or hate them. 

I'm thinking of getting a pair of 009s, does the Woo Audio GES pair well with these or should I be looking at the WES or blue hawaii?
