Is this capable of more than the 16-bit, 16000 Hz sampling rate I see in Windows?

What was the cost associated with getting the headphone stand version swapped to a 2U? I have the headphone stand version and regret not getting the 2U.

You may have already figured this out, but I had to enable HDMI CEC on the Realiser to get eARC to work with my Sony TV. This step was not necessary with my LG TV.

The HPA4 has better build quality, particularly with respect to the volume knob. They both sound the same to me, and the measurements I've seen are essentially identical for both. I only used the HPA4 as a headphone amp, so I can't comment on its performance as a line amplifier.

I purchased one of these from Amazon to replace my Benchmark HPA4 and while I am happy with it, the volume knob wiggles a bit. Is this true of anyone else's?

The problem is definitely version 3.4.99.1 of SXFI Control. This works correctly in version 3.4.81.00. Interestingly enough, I could only find 3.4.81.00 on the Creative website. The newer version is offered as an update inside the app.

Correct, but it does present itself as 7.1 capable and I didn't see anything in your question specific to Atmos. I don't remember if Windows wraps all audio in an Atmos container when configured to use Dolby Atmos for Home Theater or not, but I would see if the problem exists when using 7.1...

Is the problem only over HDMI or also USB? Unrelated - be advised that the channel mapping can vary between USB and Nvidia / AMD / Intel via HDMI.

I get Atmos over eARC from my LG GX TV's internal apps without anything else connected to the Realiser. I will say that I have issues with eARC when using an optical HDMI cable. I only have one so I don't know if it's a problem specific to that cable.

I used the reset option in the Windows app, but I don't believe it's a full reset as there wasn't any reloading of the firmware, which I thought was something that the Android app did. The channel mapping has been fixed, but changing the headphone selection or EQ settings still has no effect.

I had a similar experience the other day. My source is a PC. I use a wireless keyboard, but if I plug the keyboard into an outlet to charge and touch a metal portion of the keyboard, I can pick up hum in my LCD-5s.
