Hi guys,   want to upgrade from my Fiio E10 to NFB-11. I have Sennheiser hd650 phones. They produce dark and boring sound with Fiio.   Are those bugs you mentioned few pages ago fixed and can I use this unit on Windows 8.1 without problems?

It is not problem to buy Vali + Modi for me :D Just wanted to hear if it is comparable with Schiit stack, because I can buy it for half the price of V+M.

From what I've read so far, somebody said that Vali needs high quality DAC to really shine.   So Vali as AMP and Modi as DAC is good pairing? If so, I will buy it!

Is better to buy Modi + Magni or Modi + Vali?

Thank's for response, I was thinking about Crack, although I would prefer something assembled.   So maybe I will buy Crack, is it necessary to pair it with DAC, or it will sound good on it's own?

Guys,   what would you buy as amp and dac for HD650 under 400$? I was thinking about AGD NFB-11.32 or Compass 2 with Sabre. Crack OTL looks good, too, but I don't want to build it myself.   It can be Schiit, O2, ... whatever, just want the best sound for my buck.    Thank's for help!
