This DAC will be used with my Schiit Vali and HD650's. Modi is currently £100 and DacMagic £150 on offer from £200. I'm happy to go for either. Please assist my decision!!

I have new HD 650's which im running from my Audioengine D1 DAC/AMP. I like it so far, upgraded from 595's. In particular they are darker and the base presence has increased. Which I have loved.   Anyway I have ordered a Schiit Vali and wonder who has this amp with the 650's. I have looked but...

Hi all,   It has been said that my Audioengine D1 will be powerful enough to drive Sennheiser HD 650's. I am by no means an Audiophile (yet). Has anybody ever had a chance to combine the two? How did the 650's sound etc...? Unfortunately I can't justify spending more money on other DAC/amps...
