thanks for your comment.but as i said,i'm very careful about volume, i always listen in whisper level but can notice the tinnitus even putting iem on without connecting to player,maybe the silence of iem cause it? from what i've read ,loudness cause tinnitus.

mine last no more than 6 month(5 hours listen/day) sony ex71/creative ep630 ,all dead in left side,maybe from splitted internal wired.so be careful not to sleep with it on your ears. I'm looking for some new ones that last longer too,hope anyone can tell us.

thanks for very quick response. I will use my phone straight from ipod,no amp required.and further more,I hope for only 50% or more for sound quality that sound like 2a3 SET AMP, esp. in warm and airiness of mid-range.
