As for the gear IconX, they first generation had poor battery life and some bluetooth issues, but Samsung has recently released (or announced) a newer version that should be much better. That may be the way to go. Check some reviews.

Many people have had luck with the Monoprice closed back headphones and the boompro. Most recommend upgrading the earpads on them, though. I personally haven't listened to these headphones, so take my advice with a grain of salt.
