Oh, don't get the SlimX. Just get the Sennheiser HD212 and use it with your iPod. I have the HD202 and get rich bass with my iPod. I am told that the HD212 is even richer. I am waiting for one to arrive. To give you an idea, even MP3s encoded at 128K CBR with a Fraunhoffer encoder sound...
