New JH Audio flagship! "Siren Series Roxanne"
I have an update on this. So just received my ATH M50's through the post. At first listen I said, these are worse than my HD205 at the very most on par with, if that. What you said about me adjusting my preference is completely correct. After listening for a good 5 minutes to the M50, I put on...- Lukalop

New Audio Technica ATH-M50x with Removable Cable
Just arrived, first impression after 5 mins of listening is they are quite sibilant, up 12 notches playing through an iphone 5 (yellow on iOS7), does anyone else find this. So far they are not amazing. Coming from an HD205, do they benefit from burn in?- Lukalop

JH Audio JH-13 PRO impressions thread
Does anyone have a recommendation on an entry level IEM? That is a step above the SE425, (I didn't like it). I ask because I am trying to get used to that 'IEM sound'. Already have ATH M50's on order so I can try to see what type of signature I want as I heard they are relatively neutral since...- Lukalop

Sounds like a plan. I've actually been looking for places to demo for ages but was searching the wrong way. I kept searching in forums 'where auction gear in UK' for which only a handful of posts would show up of which none were helpful but never actually tried googling 'headphones UK'! Out of...- Lukalop

Westone 4 Impressions and Reviews Thread
Since you have quite a bit of experience, I'd like to ask you something. I am not keen on the idea of gradually upgrading my headphones as many others do including yourself, in order to 'appreciate' the sound. If you could start your journey all over again would you do it all the same. What...- Lukalop

The High End Is Not For Everyone.
Comparing HD205 to JH's lineup (and 1964 Ears). I plan on buying headphones on Amazon then will return them within 30 days. Going to start with the W4R. I find though that the quality retrieval for headphones at the equivalent price point to IEMs is drastically better. My impressions are a...- Lukalop

The High End Is Not For Everyone.
Honestly, when I first read this I thought it was written by me! You echoed my thoughts exactly. After reading all the hype about TOTL earphones and then hearing it I actually began feeling depressed because I was anticipating the moment so much and leading up to the event when I got to demo...- Lukalop

In comparison to the W4R, after having listened to it for a month (which I plan on doing), if I upgrade to the JH13 will I find it harsh & sibilant (which I do now). I want to buy something that is on the brighter side because this typically equates to more detail? And apparently soundstage...- Lukalop

Noticed your headphone inventory, HD600 & JH13 are specifically what I'm asking after. I just wanted to get your impressions of the JH13 in comparison with the HD600 as both are of similar sound signature and go easy in the bass region which I prefer. After demoing the JH13 I didn't like it...- Lukalop

Westone 4 Impressions and Reviews Thread
I have been searching for quite a while now. Does anyone know of an IEM with better bang for buck than the Westone 4R, just so you know. This will be my first entry level IEM to BAs. I read earlier on in the thread someone preferred the 4R to the JH13 o.O. Seems to me around this price range...- Lukalop

Does anyone here find the JH13 sibilant? To me they were really bright and pierced my ears. Like the highs were overpowering the other frequencies.- Lukalop

Just searched up 'worlds best speakers' for laughs. I was shocked to say the least when I found out $1000 earphones existed, even more so when I looked up the price for KEF Muon, but this? http://www.higherfi.com/spkrlist/speakerlist.php I get the feeling they truly are taking it..- Lukalop

JH Audio JH-13 PRO impressions thread
I am not concerned with practical advantages, I am just interested sonically. To my knowledge loud speakers best IEMs in every aspect in terms of accuracy, whether it be soundstage, detail or transparency. I am not asking which is better, I just want to be aware of the differences and what areas...- Lukalop
