Yeah they told me that's not normal and that I should return it and get a new one   it sucks that this had to happen... that will be another wait on a new pair.

Thanks.  I really don't have any idea because I'm not really into the technical side of things. I've never seen headphones do this before & it sucks when they're new and I'm already having issues.   I've managed to contact support now and I'll see what they have to say.
