$70 Budget for Noise Cancelling Headphones
From what I've read around these parts, Noise cancellings 'phones aren't much recommended. Instead go for a closed can, something like an AKG K81DJ which retails for around $70 or an Audio Technica A500 if you could up your budget to $100 or so.- trum01
