Most under-rated headphones...
Pioneer HDJ-2000. Great closed circumaural closed phones that are marketed as DJ headphones, but are pretty great for regular listening. Built like a tank too.- JohnnyWarbucks

Bose QuietComfort 20 discussion thread
Just wanted to add my 2 cents. I've owned my QC20is for a month or so and love them. I had to move to a new area in the office that was more open and quite a bit louder, so I wanted something to use to help keep focus. For me they do an amazing job! I can still hear some things like my keyboard...- JohnnyWarbucks

looking for bluetooth headphones: Sony MDR-1RBT or Sony MDR-10RBT?
Was just browsing HK's reconditioned section and noticed they have reconditioned BTs on sale for $97. Probably not quite as good as the Sony 10-RBTs, but from everything I've read they sound like a good deal. I had looked at them at one point when I was trying to decide if I wanted some BT...- JohnnyWarbucks

Fake Bose qc20i?
I picked up an open box QC20i from eBay (US seller) for $220 shipped. Seller had good feedback, but was still a little leery. Got them less than a week later and they look like they've never been taken out of the package. Definitely aren't fake because the NC is pretty amazing. I also think it...- JohnnyWarbucks

A Challenge for Audiophiles
The street price for them is ~$75, sometimes less. I don't have any experience with them, I've just read good things about them for the price. Can check out a comparison of them...- JohnnyWarbucks

Thoughts, impressions, reviews of Myth Labs Eclipse Headphones?
I had a pair of these last year and I thought the sound was pretty great; balanced with a lot of detail. The two issues I had with them was the clamping force and the twist-on speakers. When I wore them, I felt like I had a vise grip on my head - I couldn't wear them for more than an hour...- JohnnyWarbucks

A Challenge for Audiophiles
It might be snubbed by some audiophiles, but you can get Skullcandy Aviator's for around that price. They've gotten decent reviews for what most would dismiss as a fashion headphone.- JohnnyWarbucks

Grado Bushmills X - Grado's first closed-back headphone?
Thanks guys! I was hoping that the semi-closed back would be good enough, but looks like it might not be.- JohnnyWarbucks

Grado Bushmills X - Grado's first closed-back headphone?
Can anyone comment on how the sound-leakage is on these? I was thinking about getting some to wear at the office, but wasn't sure how disturbing it would be.- JohnnyWarbucks

Any new headphones out of CES 2014?
Harman unveiled a new one that looks pretty interesting - JBL Synchros S400BT. Been looking for a set of BT headphones, so I may wait for these. Uses apt-X and looks pretty durable. Will wait to see how good it sounds though to see if it ranks up with Sony's MDR line. ...- JohnnyWarbucks
