Yeah I might try adding some adhesive. The mesh started to fray instantly when it came off so it is not as pretty looking as it once was. Do you have suggestions on any iems that could replace these? I would be looking for the same kind of detailed highs with a touch more bass perhaps.

I dont think they are made to be pushed so far into the ear. I use a bit bigger tips and dont push them that far in, no pain from the ring and they actually sound better.

  The same as the stock pads, but a tad bit tighter. At first it seemed I wouldn't get them on but they did slip on quite easily, you just have to use a bit more force than with the stock pads which are pretty loose.

I bought Alpha pads from mrspeakers to my k550 and they work wonders. My ear doesn't touch the driver anymore and the sound got much more airy. You could always try those if you have 60$ left over.

I've tried, I don't know if it is just me but the H-200 aren't too comfortable used over ear in my opinion. The housing is too big and the cable really pushes on my ear because of that.
