Audeze LCD-X
HAHAHA.... I'd like to get the WA7 & LCD-2 combo, if it's not because the fact that LCD-X is newer . Who doesn't want shiny newer things . But somehow, am I the weird one if I don't like Studio Six & LCD-X combo? It's TOO flat. But maybe because I listened it using house music and still...it's a...- Eruve

Audeze LCD-X
Hi everyone, it's been a while since I stalk this thread. I'm thinking about buying LCD-X but due to my recent experience with the LCD-X, I've been thinking otherwise. Yesterday I tried it with AloAudio's The Studio Six, and I didn't like it all even when they told me how pricey it is. Before, I...- Eruve

Lessons from a HiFi Noob in DAC / Amp Hell (DT-880 600 ohm)
Thank you so much for replying. I suppose I'm going to take the 250 ohms. I'm going to consider the JDS Lab combo since I hear nothing but good things about them. Now I'm taking dt770 first though, currently I just need closed-back more.- Eruve

Ultrasone Pro 900 vs. Beyerdynamic DT770 (80 Ohm) *Updated Review
Yes I suppose I will take the 80 ohms one, since I will have it for portability (like listening to music in airplanes) so it've to be easy to drive. I'll check on my local retailers, last time I called they are out of stock for the 80 ohms one. Currently I'm living in Indonesia which means I'm a...- Eruve

The Takstar, Technical Pro, Gemini Greathon, CyberX, Qpad Thread
I see... I didn't know that it was the older model. M50 for $99 ?! When will it be? Yes, I've been seeing a lot of people recommending those Asus Xonar. As much as I want to upgrade my PC hardware, currently I cannot. On Dec, I'm off studying abroad to USA, so I only bring my Laptop with me...- Eruve

That is what I imagine I'll do next. Maybe I'll try the ATH M50 after this. I guess I'll have to take it step by step. I will keep my TS-671 for gaming since now I play FFXIV: ARR that have orchestra type soundtracks, so that at least I could reap a lil bit of benefit for my purchase :rolleyes...- Eruve

Yeah that is what I'm gonna do originally... To sell it. But then I just got it lol. Thanks for the suggestion, I'll look Audinst MX1 out ;) Yeah I guess I'm sensitive to it. Even now my ears are still slightly hurting. Yep, I'm gonna try the Fiio amp. Yeah, I'll give it a few days then I'll...- Eruve

Hello everyone, I'm a newbie for heaphone & DAC/Amp stuff. I bought the Takstar TS-671 (because my friend suggest it), now I'm in the middle of burning it. i've a few questions I wanna ask... 1. How long do burn in process considered done? 2. When I try to hear it right after unboxing, I feel...- Eruve

Lessons from a HiFi Noob in DAC / Amp Hell (DT-880 600 ohm)
I'm new to all this HiFi stuff, but I'm willing to make it as my lifetime hobby. After reading this I'm afraid to buy a cheap low end budget dac & amp combination. For me, rather than continuously updating whenever I'm unsatisfied, I think I'm better off with a really good and high-end setup...- Eruve
