Good idea! I would say a couple good examples that I get distortion on are: 1. the treble line that starts just after 5 minutes here: 2. toward the end of this short piece: It's possible these are also low quality youtube encodings, but I know I get this distortion with my higher quality...- rmt55

Thanks for the reply! I just did some googling and, yeah, that kind of stuff is sadly waaaay out of my budget. haha. Hi! I listen to a lot of 15th-16th century choral music, as well as some more modern, organ-heavy church music. These genres contain lots of very high, straight-tone, piercing treble singing. I've never owned anything really *high end*, but I have decent speakers and have owned Grados, etc. But...- rmt55
