My Yamaha RXV3000 receiver quotes headphone output as 150mV/100ohms. If I have done the calculations correctly, this equals 225mW. Is this considered sufficient for Sennheiser HD650? What output should I consider for dedicated headphone amp to be of benefit? (Be nice - I'm new to this)

Please explain? Is the sound via headphone output not very good? The review seems to concentrate on speaker output with little mention of headphones. I'm considering this or the Ming Da MC66. I have Sennheiser HD650.
