Got 8323s today, and i am impressed. Like TrollDragon said they do fit square on the head, but my hair forms to that shape so it looks fine. Headband is definitely the only problem and i will be fixing that with a piece of foam. I will also sock-mod the earpads until i get velours. Will update...

headband seems like a great idea, considering discomfort with stock headband. Velour, however, i might have to think about because they cost almost as much as actual headphones.

Thanks again for the advice. With the Senns ive decided to remove them after i heard really bad feedback from some of my school mates with similar musical tastes. As for the Monoprice looks aren't really a problem, so i will most likely get those. Will update when i get them.

Update on thread, narrowed it down to 3 choices, took out HT-21 and SHL9705.

I was originally planning on getting the has500 but its price is just a little too high and it probably won't get here in time. Thanks for the recommendation though.
