Thanks for the reply! Really appreciate it. As an update i have bought a new set of GE 5687 and tungsol black plates 5687, both working flawlessly and fixing the channel imbalance.

just got a used raptor with unmarked tubes. new to the tubes so im quite lost. there is a slight channel imbalance in which the left is louder than the right side. after swapping the two 5687 tubes the channel imbalance reverses, may i know if its a problem with the tubes? and where do you guys...

yes i did scan, anyways the problem is with mp3 files not flac, so shoudnt be a problem regarding the scanning.this issue persists on both firmware 1.28 and 1.29

hi anyone experiencing this issue on their ak240? i cant play mp3 songs which are copied onto micro sd. flac n wav work fine. not an issue with my micro sd or mp3 songs as they all play fine on my ak120. i cant play only the latest copied mp3 songs , others are fine

Worthy to upgrade from ak240 based purely on sound? I will be using it balanced

The owner of mass kobo was using a cable from wagnus thats basically a 3.5mm and a 2.5mm interconnect that ge used to connect to the 404, he did mention it has sometging to do with the ground cable?

    anybody knows whats the use for such an adaptor?

Hi guys just bought a used se846 and its with the blue filter. I was looking around and i saw something like wax in the filter so i pulled it out, looks like some wool or something, is this a mod the prev owner did or did i just damage the filter?
