I can't agree with you more! Finally, here comes 2.6.3, at least the player pro speeds up a bit when I m trying to slide down the long list of songs. Almost 2 years since I've purchased this powerful device, nothing much to complain about BUT the Battery Life and Firmware Support .

It is really a disappointment that I‘ve waited the new firmware for long long time. If the current 2.6.0 firmware is perfect, I wouldn't bother to come here to check the update news regularly.

May thanks, man!   I did factory default , also did factory data reset through "Back up & rest"".  Then re-paste the the zip file .   Then  error again....   I will try to use up all the battery, and do it as you said  again. It is a bit pain in XXX to see such problem, as it may prevent me...

No luck, I've tried factory default, and I found that the 2.5.6 fw file still in the internal storage, I then redo the update procedures. It reboot to update screen ,says "E:signature verification failed. Installation aborted"     I appreciate your help man.

 I just downloaded the latest fw 2.5.6,  the update was failed, as it say "signature verification failed  Installation aborted." How would I solve this problem. I am currently on 2.3.1.  Thanks a lot.
