Yes indeed i contacted FiiO and they are sending me replacement jacks plus instructions. Hopefully this will solve the problem for a while so i enjoy it once again :)

I am having the same problem with the loose headphones jack, resulting in a lot of distortion and loss of the right channel. i also noticed that the inner clamping of the jack is very loose compared to the aux in jack eg. does anyone know how to fix this problem? Because i really enjoy the amp...
