Hopefully, the new firmware addresses this, (I have been told it will). How are you seeing the ifi.local screen to know this when in exclusive mode? Or do you mean exclusive mode with Tidal? If Exclusive mode is enabled on Tidal and you are still able to use the volume dial on the NEO Stream...

The new update is currently in the works, so hopefully it won't be long. The NEO not doing 24bit is not my understanding. Is this only with Tidal Connect? If so is it a limitation of Tidal Connect, as uPnP does so? Here is a screenshot of Roon showing it Playing 24bit 192... Cheers!!

Hello, sorry you are having issues with your GO Pods. If the connection is that bad I would recommend replacement from the retailer, or alternatively, you could fill out a support ticket here... https://support.ifi-audio.com/ I would also let the place of purchase know just in case you need...

If the computer it is connected to is powered down (not standby) and everything is left connected the front lights go off after 30 seconds. See my pictures on the previous page, this is true for Zen DAC V1,2 I am getting ZD3 tomorrow and will test the same. Cheers!!
