running with an over the head headphone is not very practical. The mx75 is something i would highly recommond - and I have run a lot with them on. They don't fall off and are comfortable (for me) for extended periods of use.

i have an MSI board and am very pleased with it. i love the features and the bios is awesome. i read extensive reviews on tom's hardware guide and other hardware review sites and they really praised this particular board. yah dfi boards are nice but some people had DOA's with that thing too...

at least the sony mdr-v150 could be useful for some computer usage or as a headphone u bury in the bottom of your backpack for emergency backup usage. the koss ur-20's have gotta have the poorest price to performance ratio.
