I need help with SW / Tactile setting. I'm using Raal SR1A with 9.1.6 PRIR, the SW bass is too loud that i could hear screeching noise from the headphone. Tactile output is fine. are there any raal SR1A owners having this problem?

i had that problem, solved it by making the hdmi connection to smyth realiser as main display, must remove other display connections to your pc.. (disable it totally) Only works via windows 10 netflix app.. web version still plays 720p.

I tried to update ht firmware... I clicked update ht firmware , after it showed ht update validated. Does that mean it’s successfully completed ?

by seeing your equipments... smyth realiser is definitely a worthy headphone stand for you!

proud to be part of noble family! i received my katana! it sounds little closer towards my stax sr-009. overall impressed. i frequently travel to different places, i want something portable, i couldnt carry my sr-009 to all the places, thats why i got this and im... satisfied.     i watch...

    thats my setup on top.   now i can get 7.1 surround through pc with cambridge cxu.   all fine. but i can experience some lag with the audio. lag is about 0.7 / 0.9 seconds.   im not sure how to fix that. 

I'm planning to buy Cambridge cxu player. Anyone heard of it? I hope it goes well with realiser.

Ye it is, i could get sound through realiser. but only 2 way. not 7.1 / 5.1.   my pc equipped with 2 x titan x (sli), thats why it shows too many unused hdmi.

        attached pictures. i tried to uninstall and reinstall the driver. it still shows the same.   if theres any high end device that decode hdmi audio from pc to realiser 7.1 , please do let me know. it has to be compact! is there any device hdmi device sends 7,1 audio wirelessly...

For sr-009 owners, do you use dust protective cover such as Cpc-1 or no cover? I have Cpc1, but it looks ugly. Do you cover sr-009 everyday after using it?

ok got this oppo 103 with me now. tested it. all files shows "multichannel" , but on realiser , only plays left and right. very sad. any help would be appreciated.    and the good news that my m17x r3 460m now detects 7.1 channel on pc :) through oppo 103.    failed again.. cannot...

now this is strange.. tried another rip with dolby digital 7.1 tracks on it, it works. it works even without dr hdmi.. so i guess DTS-HD MA multichannel tracks wont work on base 3d? because i tried about 8 different rips with dts-hd ma.. none of them output 7.1..

4k upscaling features on 103 oppo looks good and many other unwanted features that maybe useful. i may get a 4k tv in near future , ofc when the price drops. i wanted to try oppo because i already have a dune product. so the base 3d becomes useless. or i have to try selling it.
