A bit late to the thread, but I scored 2 IE800s and a pair of ST750s about two to two-and-a-half weeks ago (Ross' in Dothan, AL).  One of the IE800s for me, the other one and the ST750 will be presents for my sister and brother-in-law.

Something from the vali thread. Basically the idea is to have both a tube and solid state amp for different audio signatures. You know, kind of like how some people have different headphones for different genres of music.
