Have tried with the mesh removed, and on Tool - Parabola, for example, the bass is non existent. Sound much better without any modification with rock/metal.- grufferator

[REVIEW] Sony MH1 – The Best Kept Secret
I bought this one https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07PPXGQYW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Judging by the build quality and the fact that it doesn't work on Android (unless I keep the call button pressed) - it is genuine. Can anyone confirm if this adapter will work...- grufferator

I have Beyerdynamic DTX 71 iE, which are only 10-20$ more expensive, but compared to R1 they sound like Yamaha studio monitors vs a 30$ 2.1 Gembird set. In fact, even generic...- grufferator

The Takstar, Technical Pro, Gemini Greathon, CyberX, Qpad Thread
Hello, everyone. I bought the HI 2050. I don't have a separate DAC, so I use my laptop or the PC. My first impressions: these headphones have no bass and very sharp highs. So sharp it hurts my ears. It's like someone's breaking glass bottles near my ears. I don't know if a separate DAC would...- grufferator
