  I have both and haven't noticed any degradation.  That said, the Lab1s sound shockingly good with just AAC 192VBR files out of my iphone, no extra amp.  This is not normal and I can't explain it! 

Lab1 is the only IEM I've heard of any sort (including many highly-regarded customs I have owned) that reproduces the whole spectrum of sound with tight clarity and musicality all the way through.  I am in awe of them.

Is there any way to buy this in the USA, to have it shipped?  Anyone have one to sell?  Or is it better to wait for Heaven VIII and hope that it's basically the same design?

Thanks for posting the picture of the package.  I've read people talking about replacement tips but I didn't know which one specifically to try with these.  I still just can't get over how good these sound.  I think they high treble is toning down too, with break-in.
