Decided to get the he400 with schiit amp/DAC combo..wanted to try the hd598 at best buy but they didn't have it to try it on..

Its a tough choice between the objective2 and schiit...but the o2 cost more so think i will get the schiit combo. Time for more research.   Thanks head fiers for the info!!

The objective2/odac was one of my choices too. Didnt find too many reviews of it with he400, so was on the fence about getting it. IT will be great if you could comment on how it sounds with the he 400 when you get it.

Hi, I was interested in getting the he300 and amp but could not find any info about the amp. Is the ef3 an improvement over the ef2a? Both looks the same.
