I'm not entirely sure but I think you would want to have an amp at this range of headphones anyway. Amps can come pretty cheap too. If you get the Q701 for 199$ at amazon, you can include an amp (for example: Fiio) withing budget new or used. Just pointing this out. :) I doubt you can go wrong...
