    In contrast to my beloved Grados, and even Sennheisers, the Sony 'phones can be had for a song for folks willing to troll eBay and buy open-box. I saw them go for $28, $16 and even $11.50 plus shipping...though the usual caveat emptor applies, and some folks mark up their handling charges to $30.
