Nope. Portability = Compromise unless you consider full sized cans portable. I mainly use my portable setup to isolate myself from the noise in the subway, the sound itself is acceptable but nowhere near as good as my home rig.

The e500 sounds great...but make sure you like the shure sound (emphasized mids/mid-bass)

I recommend the KSC75 and HD201. EP630 and Marshmallows (FX-33) are just sub par.

The G1 shuffle has more than enough juice to drive the ER6. It gets to levels too loud to listen to before it can get louder and distort. I would guess the G2 shuffle will be fine too. I love this combo, it gets better and better. The more I listen to it, the more I love it.
