How long is the 1/4 inch SE cable? I want to use these on the go with my ibasso portable dac/amp but the old MD vmoda cable was too long for comfortable train use.

Hey guys so as the clock ticks down on this I just wanted a final clarification on WHAT TO BRING:   So far I will bring: - Headphones  - Amp/Dac - Laptop/Ipod - power strip - CDs I want to listen to   What else should I bring for the full experience? 

Shoot, that tickets link is dead. I'll also be coming Saturday only, I hope I will have a way in!!

Thank goodness BART is running at least for this week!

Never been so happy with a pair of headphones! Replaced my HD 650 and HE 500 out of the pure convenience of sounding this good as a closed phone, and replaced my ATH W3000anv with those sweet vocals and sub bass. Running them out of the iBasso D6 was a revelation. 

I've got a newbie question here- for these meets, do we just bring CDs of music we want to listen to?    EDIT: Also, should be bringing the lady along as well :)

I will DEFINITELY be making this. Count on me to bring my ATH W3000anv (VERY VERY CAREFULLY)!!  I will also bring:    Maddogs (revision 3.2) unbalanced AudioQuest Dragonfly an undetermined portable dac/amp :)

Hmm..   HD650 - $275 (this was 3 months ago, so long after the price inflation) Audioquest Dragonfly - $150 HE 500 - $545  CAL - $30   I really don't buy gear unless I can get a great deal on it - it's the thrill of the hunt! 

I learned about it the week after it happened and let the sadness just wash over me :( The SF Bay Area is a big place, though, and I am sure another meet here could tap a lot of users who could not make the first one!
