I have recently upgraded from E7 to E10 for my HD650 and let me tell you that E10 is quite a performer in terms of sound quality. E10 will improve the sound signature a lot. And FYI I am using a E9 amp.

You can use E10 with magni without an issue, just connect E10 line out to magni RCA inputs using a 3.5 mm to RCA connector.
