Hi, I had just received my brand new HE-400 from Headamp.com 2 days ago but to my dismay the right side of my headphone is dead on arrival. I've emailed both customer service at Hifiman and Justin Wilson @ headamp.com but I didn't get any reply. Can anyone help? Regards, Chris- zhongq
