Hello guys, i want to start my journey with tubes and need some advice. For the Little Dot MKII i need a pair of tubes of my preference right? And you're can give me recommendations of websites for buy Tung-Sol 6AK5 and Mullard M8161/CV401?

Many Thanks! The best thing i hear in W4r is the "creamy" in mids, never harsh or agressive, aways smooth and with a beautiful body, not so thick and not so thin, just perfect to my ears. If ES60 have the same mid signature this have to be my upgrade. And about the highs, i have a big sensivity...

Anyone to compare ES60 with W4r? W4r was the best signature I ever heard.

    Hey, can you talk a little more about this experience? I am looking for na amplifier that can make the mids of HP150 sounds more foward and warm. Do you think the A1 could help with that?

  I have the HP150 and had the K553. The two sounds alike and diferente at the same time, closed with huge soundstage and proeminente trebles but in very diferente ways. The HP150 has a big spacing, is energetic, have a more boomy bass, very slighty recessed mids and a brighter treble, slighty...

I'm having the same problem. Asked by e-mail of replacement cables for HP150 but they send me a strange kind of invoice that I don`t know how to pay.

  I have not heard any of these amplifiers, but I believe that some warmer signature source with more body in the midrange may fall nicely in HP150 slight V sounding. My taste leads to something with these characteristics.

Thanks! I like much the stock pads, I tried the HM5 pads but they sounds much bassier for my taste, otherwise, with hip hop music and some metal discs the bass boost can be welcome. It's a good choice to make a improvement in confort and sound if you like more bass!

about the bass, i feel that bass have a big body that make feel boomy in some situations in return of impact. I prefer a good impact instead of a big body. This is the big issue that i found in HP150.
