Yeah I've read that they are pretty hit and miss for people, also considering their size. I had a hard time with pulling the trigger, but I am very happy with them which has the unfortunate side effect that my Hd598 don't get much use anymore

Seen lots of AKG K518 since I came back to Austria and watched a rather senior guy try out the HD 598 at my local store when I was checking the fit on the K550, had a short discussion with him about their comfort and sound, I think he went on to buy them.

Now I thought I had chosen the AKG K550 but I've heard that the Logitech UE6000 are equally good headphones and seem to be a little bit better for portable use. Any input on this comparison?
