My folders are arranged as follows: One folder per full flac album One folder for various flac singles One folder for various mp3 singles This setup works well for me. I dont think you can create/arrange folders from within mp3tag though, just something you have to do in windows.

  I got the same ones as you and can confirm that they do swivel, they are fairly stiff out of the box but do swivel with some force. The part that swivels is the metal ball you can see within the housing itself so make sure you are trying to move this.
